This is the rear wall / mounting plate for any of our low relief house backs. It is designed to work with 008-000, 008-001 and 008-002. Railwayside Terrace houses are designed to be installed left to right. This product is designed to enclose the house while providing easy access to detail the interior. It can also be used as a mounting plate and fixed to the back scene. We recommend using blue tack to attach it to the back scene. The Railwayside Terrace houses have a unique design that allows the houses to slide and clip into the mounting plate, with sufficient play to account for differences between 3D printers and filament materials. When used with our base products, the plate makes it easier to install the houses in a row, even on a sloped baseboard. The plate closes gaps around the chimney and apex of the roof. There is a small gap along the center of the house when used with the base for routing wires and daisy chaining lighting between buildings.
This package comes with three STL files, we recommend using plate style C, but two additional plate styles (without the roof edging) and different thickness of guides are provided.
